At what tax rate do people stop acting in their own self interest?


I was just curious what personal tax rate people just stop working. They see others involved in government sponsored social programs and just flat out withdrawl from the work force and live off the government.

ujonesla 		That obviously would vary from person to person, but it would appear that Obama is intent on pushing that envelope. Trying to squeeze as much as possible from the most productive in our society and giving it to those he deems worthy.

MariaT 		Personally, I would only quit working when my investments generate enough income to pay all of my monthly expences. Only lazy unmotivated people on purpose live slack lifestyles and live off the gov't.
