what is the difference from sales Revenue and Cash Flow?


Im looking at businesses that are for sale and it says that the Sales Revenue is $4 Mil while the Cash flow is $500k. How much will i make yearly?

NessaCPA 		The answer is MUCH more complicated than that. You need MUCH more detail to get to the bottom line. By the way, Cash Flow CANNOT be defined as one number. That is like saying my balance sheet is $500k. It makes no sense on its own. I think you need to take (or re-take) an intro business class before doing anything.
