MelonsO 		Clearly this is a homework problem. I can answer this but there is no reason for me to do so. You must master the subject matter and once you do you can answer the questions. You will not pass the final exam on this topic until you master the subject matter.

Queuing is not difficult, whether it is First In First Out, Priority Queuing, or Weighted Fair Queuing. Just take the time to learn the subject - and pass the final.
