How to get a ZERO INCOME STATEMENT?


my family is applying a home energy assistance, we need to provide the zero income statement for the family member who's over 18.
i recently graduated from college and still not get a job yet, so I have no income.
so where to apply for a OFFICIAL zero income statement? (i live in NJ)
they want a "not notarized" one.

they just want me to show i have no income 3 months before today. I had a part time job until May 2008 when I was in college, if i fill the form, it will show my income last year, right? is there any way i can just get another one easier?

DougCPA 		IRS.GOV, form 4506-T "verification of non-filing" letter. You can also request a copy of your wage and income history (to show you dont' have any).
